WA 420 Ranking Ladder
Fundamental Rules for the Ranking Ladder
1. Only fully financial members of the International 420 Class Association of WA and Yachting Australia shall be eligible for ranking points.
2. Points shall be awarded according to results in the ranking regattas as listed below:
WA Youth State Championship
Sail Fremantle
International Classes Regatta
Royal Perth Mini Series
WA State Championship
Applecross Cup
420 Australian National Championship
420 Australian Youth National Championship
3. Points will be awarded to a helm with the normal crew of that helm being recognised as part of a boat's team.
4. No interstate helm will be considered as a competitor.
5. Points will be awarded to a helm based on the low points system.
6. Scores will be calculated using the most recent 5 regatta scores with the worst regatta score being excluded from the helm's total score.
